Fallen Vandal is a class of enemy owing allegiance to the Fallen in Destiny.

Summary

The Vandal is a higher position in the social caste system of the Fallen, and is clearly elevated when compared to the Dreg. One of the most powerful regular enemies encountered, their weapons are incredibly powerful and deadly at close range. The Vandals have several points of weakness, however: because their weapon takes a long time to charge and depends entirely on "dumb homing" technology, whatever firepower you face can easily be blocked by debris and refuse.
